Lead operational and strategic employment of OCO and DCO cyber system engineering capabilities against USG priority systems. Team lead for cross-functional cybersecurity teams in pursuit of cyber hardening Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS).

• COMET governance: 842 task definitions classified across a 5-level delegation taxonomy cross-referenced to NIST AI RMF + ISO 42001; every classification emits a RACI matrix and framework citations as machine-readable compliance artifacts.

Directed operational employment of Air Force offensive & defensive cybersecurity capabilities for 1,800 Airmen / $7.3M across four NSA locations. Applied systems-engineering principles to optimize cybersecurity strategies and refine operational procedures.

Technical leadership for Weapons and Space Cybersecurity Labs — 250+ employees / $36.8M. Derived system requirements and stakeholder needs; secured approval for system/component definitions. Developed the CCB charter and quantified program risk across probability of occurrence and consequence of failure.

Completed the 22-week PhD-level Computer Network Operations Development Program covering advanced software analysis, reverse engineering, network security, cryptography, Windows/Linux internals, and OS security — followed by 30 months of technical tours. Defined IA requirements (C/I/N/A) and security mechanisms across cryptography, access control, and key management.

Stood up the Operational Test Cyber Flight for AFSOC / SOCOM aircraft and weapon-system cybersecurity testing. Conducted end-to-end trade analyses and drove technical direction for complex HW/SW integration. Supported JCIDS documentation (ICD, CDD, IA Strategy).

Directed a 63-member flight conducting cybersecurity tests of DoD aircraft and weapon systems. Co-developed the Cyber Survivability Risk Assessment (CSRA) methodology. Led quantitative analysis across Reliability, Maintainability, Vulnerability, Survivability with modeling & simulation-based risk mitigation.
