COMET governance: 842 task definitions classified across a 5-level delegation taxonomy cross-referenced to NIST AI RMF + ISO 42001; every classification emits a RACI matrix and framework citations as machine-readable compliance artifacts.

Entered as a CNODP intern in 2018 — the start of eight years of hands-on experience and research in data engineering, machine learning, and GPU hardware setup and configuration, applying ML and large-scale data analysis to network-operations mission problems. Completed the 22-week PhD-level Computer Network Operations Development Program covering advanced software analysis, reverse engineering, network security, cryptography, Windows/Linux internals, and OS security — followed by 30 months of technical tours. Defined IA requirements (C/I/N/A) and security mechanisms across cryptography, access control, and key management.
