Overview

Arkona is an integrated platform for reverse engineering, analyzing, and assessing operational technology (OT) and cyber-physical systems. It combines AI-driven tooling, local LLM inference, structured analysis frameworks, and automated orchestration into a single ecosystem running on dedicated hardware.

The platform implements the FS-RE Meta-Model v2.0 — a three-axis framework (8 layers × 8 viewpoints × 6 process phases) synthesized from 30+ international standards and frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS, CVSS v4.0, ISO 27001, and others). Analysis proceeds bottom-up from physics to mission, evidence-grounded and safety-first.
